This incomplete manuscript, which begins in the third book on leaf 92 is a Christian doctrinal text. The first part, which ends on f. 166v [page 156] discusses the teachings of God and the Church. Then follows 30 admonitions based on Saint Jerome, ending on f. 205v [page 234]. After that comes the declaration of the sacraments of the Church ending on f. 227v. The section on the sacraments concludes on f. 227v. [page 276]. The final and last section deals with the ecclesiastical virtue of Mercy. This section consists of paragraphs, numbered in the margins. The document ends on f. 281v [page 342] with words of praise in Spanish to the Virgen Mary. On the lower half of this page, a name has been overwritten. The bookplate for Luis García Pimentel is visible on the inside cover. The title Teotlatol nemachtiloni ipan in Nahuacopa (roughly Learning the word of God in Nahuatl) appears on a title page that was added later. This title is not prominently visible in the text, but may have originally been on a now-lost page.
