-Maestro Quoquim is the probable pseudonym of Fray Augustín Farfán.
-The second leaf contains the Viceroy's license dated 28 March 1609 on the recto, and the approbation dated 28 April 1596 on the verso. Cf. Andrade and Medina which give the date of the Viceroy's license as 28 March 1610.
-Woodcut title vignette (portrait of Saint Augustine) and 120 mortised and historiated woodcut initials.
