This raw footage consists of an interview with Dr. David Berlanga and his wife, Mary Helen Berlanga. Dr. Berlanga discusses how he and his wife Mary Helen met and how they worked together in bilingual education. He speaks on the importance of bilgingual and multicultural education. Mary Helen speaks about her motivation to run for school board and the importance of a bilingual education and curriculum. She also talks about her childhood and how she met David Berlanga.
