Includes earlier plans of development, the university in relation to the city, control of traffic, style of architecture of the buildings, landscaping and roadways. The description of the Plan of 1933 includes: sub-divisions of the campus, provisions for growth, the 40-acre plot, Engineering laboratories sub-division, mens' dormitories, Gregory gymnasium and practice field, Womens' dormitories group, Wesleyan College property, the athletic tract, Waller creek.
