The planning document herein encompasses two (2) separate parts. Part I, Zoning Studies, analyzes local characteristics influencing residential zoning and recommends Unified Residential Development Zoning Districts and other changes in the Zoning Ordinance. Part II, Environmental Assessment, investigates the municipality's 1971 City Plan. The preparation of this report was financed in part through a Comprehensive Planning Grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
