Unknown house, Castroville or San Antonio, exterior | Close, corner view of the side of a house in disrepair, the main structure made of stone with flaking plaster coating. Both of the eaves are extended, one enclosed, with clapboard siding, and the other a roofed porch, with worn lattice screen on side. One chimney visible, crumbling stone paving on the ground. | From a series of unique photographic images, which Williams took on his travels through central Texas in the 1920s, showing examples of vernacular architecture. Williams donated the negatives to the UT's School of Architecture in 1961 and they were subsequently transferred to the Alexander Architectural Archives.
